TO GET INTO HEAVEN, YOU’LL NEED YOUR PASSWORD

In our modern, computerized world, we’ve become used to the idea that we can’t get into particular websites or programs without giving our “password.” That’s the key to admission.

But what about Heaven? Views about heaven have been changing so much in recent times, that a commonly held belief is that all we need to do to get into heaven after we die is show up. We’ll be ushered right in.

But is it really that simple? And how can we know? Since none of us has ever been there to report on it.

Luckily, we have a guide with firsthand reports from Heaven. It’s the Bible. It’s a guidebook that shows us exactly what we need to do to get into heaven. And one of its key passages tells us the secret password we need to gain entry. The passage is John 3: 16.

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son. And whosoever believes in him shall not perish, but have eternal life.”
